Honors of the Foundation [Award Nominations Form] [Awards Bestowed]

Ranking:
The highest award of the Foundation.

Purpose:
To recognize those individuals whose contributions to the Scottish Rite Foundation of Colorado have significantly enhanced the work of the Foundation.

Eligibility:
Awarded to either Masons or non-Masons whose personal philanthropy, dedicated leadership, and/or sustaining support have enabled the Foundation to achieve its mission and vision.

Frequency:
No more than one award is given annually. The award will only be given when warranted.

Presentation:
A suitable trophy will be selected. Presentation will be made at the Annual Meeting of the Foundation or other suitable occasion as determined by the Foundation President.

Nomination:
Any person may make a nomination for this award.

Distinguished Service Award [Award Nominations Form] [Awards Bestowed]

Ranking:
To recognize those individuals or groups who contribute time or talents to improving services in RiteCare programs.

Eligibility:
Awarded to either Masons or non-Masons for significant support to the Foundation in contributions of time and/or talents. The contributions have significantly improved the operations of the Foundation or care of children in the RiteCare programs.

Frequency:
More than one award may be given annually but the fewer the number the more distinguished the award will be perceived. The award(s) will only be given when warranted.

Presentation:
A suitable trophy will be selected. Presentation will be made at the Annual Meeting of the Foundation or other suitable occasion as determined by the Foundation President.

Nomination:
Any person may make a nomination for this award.
