Tax Exempt Status

The Scottish Rite Foundation of Colorado is approved as an IRS Code 501(c)(3) organization. It is also approved as a public charity. The Foundation’s financial statements are audited each year by a Certified Public Accountant. The annual auditor’s report and financial statements as well as the IRS Form 990 are on file in the Foundation office and may be requested from the Executive Secretary.
