Application Requirements

Dwight A. Hamilton Scottish Rite Foundation of Colorado Graduate Scholarship in Speech-Language Pathology
and
Colorado Masons' Benevolent Fund Association Graduate Scholarship in Speech-Language Pathology

Graduate students who meet the eligibility criteria for either of these scholarships may apply by submitting the following:

  1. Official transcript or academic progress report (first year graduate study)
  2. Proof of Colorado residency as defined by the university’s criteria
  3. One-page, double-spaced statement on career goals and aspirations including a description of student’s interest in serving children with language disorders and intention to remain in Colorado
  4. One letter of recommendation from university faculty
  5. One letter of recommendation from clinical supervisor
  6. One-page professional resume
  7. Application checklist showing application completeness
