The Family Financial Inventory worksheets are developed and provided by the Scottish Rite Foundation of Colorado as a courtesy to our donors and friends. When the worksheets pertaining to a given situation are completed, they are for the private use of the preparer and should not be sent to the Foundation. If you would like to discuss making a charitable gift to the Foundation, we would be pleased to talk with you.

Also see our brochure, "Pathways to Planned Giving," which contains basic information about various types of gifts and options for related estate planning such as wills, planning with life insurance, making retirement plans, considering tax avoidance delays in making gifts of appreciated property, and making life income gifts to a qualified charity.
